Nicklaus Children's Hospital is proud to present The 2023 Virtual Pediatric Postgraduate Course, an on-demand collection of the 58th Annual PPGC which took place March 24 to 26, 2023, at the Loews Coral Gables in Miami, FL. If you're interested in details for next year's in-person activity you can sign up for our mailing list to receive updates via email as soon as released.
A distinguished faculty will present state-of-the-art information on the prevention, pathophysiology, and the latest developments in the diagnosis and treatment of the most prevalent pediatric and adolescent conditions. This collection contains only recordings of our lecture sessions and offers a maximum of 9.75 CE/CME Credit Hours. If you were unable to participate this year, we hope you decide to join us in person for the 2024 conference!
Target Audience
This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of physicians and other healthcare professionals who wish to learn more about new, pediatric state-of-the-art knowledge and topics relevant to the practice of pediatrics.
Learning Objectives
This course presents new, pediatric state-of-the-art knowledge on topics relevant to the practice of pediatrics. It will synthesize for the practicing pediatrician knowledge of Adolescent Medicine, Allergy & Immunology, Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Infectious Diseases, Neonatology, Nephrology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Otolaryngology, Pediatric Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Preventive Medicine/Community Pediatrics, Pulmonology, Radiology, Rheumatology, and other childhood conditions. Upon completion of the program, the participant should be able to:
- Recognize new state-of-the-art knowledge in pediatric care;
- Enhance and advance knowledge in different pediatric subspecialties;

Project ADAM is an initiative that can be replicated in many communities to prepare communities and schools to screen and take action in the event of a SCA. This session will describe a pilot project ADAM implemented at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. Data will be shared and guidance provided for communities interested in replicating the project.)
