As an accredited provider, we are required to maintain attendance and activity documentation for up to six years. In addition, internal compliance rules and federal laws prohibit us from offering anything of value, like CME Credit, for free to our referral base. As such, our virtual catalog and many of our live activities have registration costs or administrative fees as a requirement. The fees vary depending on the type of activity and location. Pricing tables can be found within a course's "Register tab" which will include additional information, such as discounts for Nicklaus Children's Hospital Affiliates, or payment specifics.

Our Virtual Grand Rounds courses, for example, have a standard fee of $25/CME Hour which is only charged after the course requirements are completed. This means the course itself, the lecture video and handouts, are available for free and payment is only required once a registrant chooses to request a certificate of completion.

All activities and sessions listed on iLearn include a badge stating whether or not the credits for that activity will be reported to CE Broker. The manual reporting badge was added in November 2021. You may download a complete list of current activities and their reporting status:

	Provider Automatically Reports to CE Broker Courses with this badge report automatically to CE Broker once CME Credit is claimed. For this function to work, the user MUST have a complete user profile. A list of courses/sessions that report automatically can be found below.
	Provider Manually Reports to CE Broker Credits earned for courses with this badge will be reported manually to CE Broker on a scheduled basis to be determined for each activity. A reporting schedule or timeline will be provided for each course. In order for staff to be able to report credits accurately, the user MUST have a complete user profile. A list of courses/sessions that report automatically can be found below.
	The Licensee Must Self-Report to CE Broker Courses with this badge will not be reported to CE Broker by our system, automatically or manually. The user must obtain their transcript and report the credits earned for this activity/series directly to CE Broker.

CME Passport

When noted, CME credits that physicians earn from some activities will be submitted to ACCME's CME Passport, a free, centralized web application where you can create a personalized account to view, track, and generate transcripts of your reported CME credit. Visit www.cmepassport.org to create your account. Credits will be reported within 30 days of completing the credit attestation for the activity or as noted in the activity's Accreditation Details.

Credits earned AFTER December 2020 will be reported to CE Broker for qualifying activities and learners. If you are missing credits on CE Broker for any of the activities below, and you believe they should be reported, please contact us.
