You'll have to contact the Nicklaus Children's Hospital Information Technology (IT) Help Desk at 305-666-6511 ext. 4357 to reset your NCHS account password.
... and you log with a Visitor Account ...
You can request a new password by clicking the "Forgot Visitor Password" button.
The button can be seen above the login Username and Password fields, after clicking the "Visitor Login" option
