Planning your Meeting

Step by step instructions on how to plan a CME provided meeting or event. Meeting planners or program chairs wishing to request CME providership from the Department of Medical Education at Nicklaus Children's Hospital for their planned educational activities are required to follow the steps and timeline as described when starting the application process.

Faculty Disclosure Form

Faculty disclosure forms are sent to those faculty members that will be presenting or speaking at our CME accredited courses. The forms are requested electronically via our iLearn platform and speakers must create an account to complete these forms.
