Activity Applications

Interested in starting a CME Accredited Activity? Or maybe you already have a series/activity that you would like to get approved for CME? Is your currently approved activity about to expire? Learn how to submit and clone an application below

New Applications

If you wish to submit an Activity Application for approval, first review the Planning Your Meeting step-by-step guide below.

Contact the if you have any questions about the process. Once you are ready to apply click the Activity Request Form link found in the Accreditation menu.

The Medical Education Department will be notified once the application is submitted, you should be receiving an email shortly after to confirm the submission


Renewal Applications

If your activity has already been approved and has been running continuously, you can clone your existing application on iLearn. To do so...

  1. Go to Your Activities (in the My Account menu)
  2. Click the Activity Applications tab. Note: this tab will not be available if you have never submitted a form through our system, if so you can submit a new application.
  3. In this tab, you will see any application you have previously submitted. Click "VIEW" (to the right of the row) for the activity you wish to renew
  4. You will see the existing application with tabs at the top. Click the "Clone" tab. You will be asked to confirm that you wish to clone the application, make sure to select YES.
  5. Review all of the fields in the cloned application and update accordingly. Take special care to update listed dates and times, and review the activity format, as some categories or fields may have changed since the last time the form was submitted.
  6. When you're finished reviewing the form, click submit. The Medical Education Department will be notified once the application is submitted, you should be receiving an email shortly after to confirm the submission

Planning your meeting

Meeting planners or program chairs wishing to request CME sponsorship from the Department of Medical Education at Nicklaus Children's Hospital for their planned educational activities are required to follow the steps and timeline below in starting the application process.
