Objectives

At the conclusion of this presentation, attendees are expected to:

  1. Understand basic concepts related to the etiology, clinical presentation, and diagnosis of COVID-19 related MIS-C in children
  2. Learn about the incidence, current data, and reporting system for MIS-C in the US, including novel AI methodology for analysis.
  3. Learn about the local data and efforts at NCHS for the clinical diagnosis and management of MIS-C
  4. Gain insight on the principles of management of MIS-C, specifically of the critically ill child.
