Session Objectives:

After this presentation, attendees are expected to:

1) Define and differentiate the roles of mentor and coach, 2) Consider key competencies for mentors and mentees as well as critical success factors when designing effective mentorship programming, 3) Describe core coaching skills and understand how they can be applied across contexts.
