Attendance & Course Access Only - NO CMEThis registration option is intended for attendees who are not interested in claiming CE/CME Credits or receiving a detailed certificate that includes their hours of participation in the course.

- General Registration does not include:
- Up to 16 AMA PRA Category 1TM credits
- Up to 16 MOC ABP Part II Credits
- Certificate of Completion detailing the hours of participation in this accredited activity

Refund Policy: Refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be issued when requested in writing and if submitted prior to February 23, 2025. No refunds will be honored after this date.
On-Site Registration ONLY after 03/21/2025: Pre-registration will be available until March 21, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Anyone wishing to register for the course on or after March 22 must register on-site. How to Register

- Select your affiliation and registration option, complete the required registrant fields, then click the Add to Cart button.
- Review the item(s) in your cart and make any changes before proceeding. If you have a discount code, add it in the field provided at the bottom of the shopping cart page. When you're ready, click the Checkout button.
- Provide your billing information, and when ready click the Review Order button
- Review the billing information you provided and click Pay. A window will open up for you to enter your payment details.
