Learning Objectives

Following this activity, participants are expected to:

  1. Develop skills in teaching, evaluation, and feedback, and dealing with problem learners
  2. Be able to recognize their own need for continued professional development as a teaching faculty and develop skills in lifelong learning
  3. Be familiar with innovative teaching techniques and requirements from ACGME and LCME related to learners' needs and adult learning theory

Virtual Faculty Development Series
It is the mission of the NCH Department of Medical Education to provide high-quality, up‐to‐date, evidence‐based, and learner‐focused education to students, residents, and fellows. The Faculty Development Seminar Series is one of the hospital's blue chips and is one of the many initiatives of the hospital leadership.
