Learning Objectives
Following this activity, participants are expected to:
- Develop a QI/MOC coaching program
- Learn strategies to use project-based learning to teach the principles of QI methodology and engage physicians in a culture of improvement
- Learn strategies to help project leaders overcome common leadership challenges in QI
