Target Audience
Nicklaus Children's Hospital CME activities are provided to pediatricians, House Staff physicians, pediatric subspecialists in medicine & surgery and pediatric researchers.
Other physicians including family practitioners and other healthcare providers are encouraged to participate when appropriate. One or more of the CME activities is designed to attract and impart CME activities to national and international physicians.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this presentation, attendees are expected to:
- Describe the link between workforce diversity and health disparities
- Apply new changes in ACGME program requirements to the expansion of workforce diversity and development
- Identify the relationship between discrimination, well-being, and performance in GME
