Objectives

At the conclusion of this presentation, attendees are expected to:

1. Be familiar with the global efforts to prevent childhood blindness
2. Learn the various ways physicians can get involved in advocacy and health policy efforts nationally and internationally
3. Have an appreciation of the importance of interprofessional efforts to achieve these goals
