Dr. Jill Weatherhead is a physician-scientist at Texas Children's Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Adult Infectious Diseases and Pediatric Infectious Disease and has a certification in Tropical Medicine and Traveler's Health through the American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene. She is a parasitologist and her lab evaluates the immunopathogenesis of helminth infections. She is the Assistant Dean of the National School of Tropical Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine and is the Medical Director of the Pediatric Tropical Medicine clinic at Texas Children's Hospital.
