Leigh Bouskila Turk is the Director of Practice Development & Support Services at Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists (NCPS), the physician-directed, multi-specialty pediatric group with a regional, national and international presence in providing high-quality care through a collaborative team approach, part of Nicklaus Children’s Health System, the region’s only healthcare system exclusively for children. 

Mrs. Turk oversees the Nicklaus Children’s telehealth program, which supports providing virtual care services to over 30,000 patients annually. Additionally, she oversees the support teams that help deliver exceptional care to our patients and families. Key accomplishments include several digital front door enhancement initiatives encompassing online scheduling, virtual registration, and care coordination efforts. Her efforts have demonstrated success driving growth and improving patient outcomes and the customer journey.

Mrs. Turk earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and her Master of Health Administration from Columbia University. Leigh is passionate about improving access to care and optimizing the delivery of health care services.
