Agenia Raymond, Licensed Psychologist, Department of Psychology, Nicklaus Children's Hospital

Dr. Agenia Raymond is a child and adolescent psychologist within the Department of Psychology at Nicklaus Children’s. She earned her doctorate from the University of Florida in Gainesville, followed by an internship at the Mailman Center for Child Development within the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Raymond then completed a postdoctoral fellowship in clinical child and adolescent psychology at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. Her clinical interests include cognitive behavioral therapy, anxiety disorders, behavioral problems, mood disorders, and difficulties related to school and life stressors. She also provides assessments of children and adolescents with learning difficulties, neurodevelopmental disorders, and socioemotional difficulties through Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists’ Child and Adolescent Specialized Assessments (CASA) Program.
Dr. Raymond's work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and she has presented at local, national and international conferences. Dr. Raymond is employed by Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists (NCPS), the physician-led multispecialty medical group practice of Nicklaus Children’s Health System.
