Gabriella Philipson, PharmD, BCPPS, earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Nova Southeastern University and completed PGY-1 and PGY-2 residencies in pharmacy practice and pediatric pharmacy. Board certified in Pediatric Pharmacotherapy, she spent five years as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in the PICU at Nicklaus Children's Hospital. She currently serves as a Medication Safety Officer, focusing on medication-use safety, clinical decision support optimization, infusion pump management, and implementation of system-level strategies to reduce medication errors and improve patient outcomes.
