Madeline Libretti is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. Madeline is from NY, where she received her MSW from New York University. She has been practicing social work since 2014, has worked at NYC Health & Hospital System/Elmhurst, Kaiser Permanente of Washington, and joined Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, along with joining the Cleft & Craniofacial Team in February 2021. She has extensive experience working with young children, adolescents, adults and families.  Madeline is passionate about her role in helping our patients to navigate their health care journey. She has and continues to work alongside the program director of the Cleft & Craniofacial Team at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital to develop, revise, and enhance the Transition of Care program for Adolescents becoming Adults. In addition to the Cleft & Craniofacial team, she also supports the Cochlear Implant team, Endocrinology team, and supervises other Social Workers working to gain their Clinical License in Social Work.
