Nicole Christin, MD
Dr. Christin is employed by Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists, the physician-led multispecialty group practice of Nicklaus Children’s Health System. She is a pediatric nephrologist within the Division of Nephrology at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. She is also the Medical Director of the Pediatric Dialysis Unit at Nicklaus Children's Hospital. Dr. Christin earned her medical degree from the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine. She then completed a pediatric residency at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine/Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, followed by a fellowship in pediatric nephrology at the same institution. Her clinical interests include congenital anomalies of the kidney and urinary tract, acute kidney injury and dialysis.
Dr. Christin is board certified in both general pediatrics and pediatric nephrology. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the American Society of Pediatric Nephrology and the American Society of Nephrology.
