Credits for this activity should be listed under the "Credit" column. If you did not complete the requirements in time, the credit column will be blank.

The deadlines to complete the course requirements are posted in multiple places. They are listed before you register for the activity on the session's page. You can also see them at the start of the activity (when you click the Launch Surveys or Take Course button). You will also be notified during the activity by the moderators or coordinators.
In addition, if you registered for this activity you will also receive emails reminding you to complete the requirements. There will be a reminder if you have not marked your attendance within 5 hours of the activity taking place, and a reminder to complete the surveys if you have not done so within 10 days.
In order to minimize spam, we will not send additional reminders. It is the responsibility of each participant to read the instructions and meet the requirements within the allotted time.
Who can I contact to get my credits for this activity if I missed the deadline?Expand Dropdown Close Dropdown
Unfortunately, due to the limited staff and support, we are unable to award credits once a deadline has been missed. We use this system to minimize the individual management of credits in order to better service learners in other areas of our many programs.
Exceptions will be made for technical difficulties experienced with the system, and on a case-by-case basis.
If you feel you missed the deadline due to issues with the system, please submit a request for review using our Contact Us form. Make sure to include details, and if possible screenshots, of any errors you may have encountered so that we can fix them and prevent them in the future.
