Dr. Freddy Martin is a pediatrician who cares for patients in the Emergency Department at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. He earned his medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. Dr. Martin then completed a residency in pediatrics at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital where he is also currently a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellow. His clinical interests include early recognition of sepsis, cardiovascular emergencies, and bedside teaching.
Dr. Martin is board certified in general pediatrics. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is employed by Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists (NCPS), the physician-led multispecialty group practice of Nicklaus Children’s Health System, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
