Mrs. Vachal-Reese joined the law firm of Falk, Waas, Hernandez, Solomon, Mendlestein & Davis in 2001.  She is a Shareholder working in the Firm’s Coral Gables office. Prior to attending law school, Mrs. Vachal-Reese was a Probation Officer and worked as a Drug & Alcohol Counselor and Gang Intervention Specialist in the Denver Metro Area, and initiated an Adult Probation Department in Columbia County, Washington. She is a frequent lecturer to physicians and hospital nursing staff on risk management strategies, medical errors, and proper medical record documentation. She now devotes her practice exclusively to the representation of physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers in medical negligence cases.
