Jessica Hernandez joined Falk Waas in 2021 as an associate attorney. Ms. Hernandez has extensive writing experience; she served as a contributing editor of the University of Miami Business Law Review, and she has been published in the Daily Business Review. Ms. Hernandez was also the recipient of a trial advocacy award at the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. Ms. Hernandez currently handles the defense of general and premises liability; auto, trucking and rideshare liability; and medical malpractice cases.
