Ms. Saperstein joined Falk Waas in 2016 and became a shareholder in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Saperstein served as an Assistant State Attorney for Miami-Dade County for nine years. During her tenure at the State Attorney’s Office, she tried more than 35 jury trials ranging from misdemeanors to homicides. Ms. Saperstein specializes in the defense of medical malpractice cases and advising the firm’s clients on Amendment 7 issues.
