Dr. Sophia Hassor was born in Miami, FL and is a graduate of the University of Miami. She obtained her medical degree at the Feinberg School of Medicine of Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. Her residency was at Nicklaus Children's Hospital, where she is completing her fellowship in Hospital Medicine. During her fellowship, she participated in multiple research and quality improvement projects and was involved in medical education and advocacy. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Hassor resides in Miami, FL with her husband and two young children.
