The following communication was sent to us by our developers at the EthosCE team.
An issue with CE Broker reporting has been identified. Credit records being submitted to CE Broker are failing and returning a “Could not connect to host” error. This issue started on 9/12/2024, and the root cause is currently unknown. Our team has begun investigating this issue. We will provide an update as we identify its cause and resolution steps.
- Affected Users
- Medical Doctors (MDs) licensed in the State of Florida that have selected in their iLearn user profile to have their records reported directly to CE Broker
- Not affected
- All other licensees (DOs, ARNPs, NPs, PAs, etc.) and Medical Doctors (MDs) that have not selected for their credits to be reported to CE Broker.
As this issue is being worked on, we recommend that those affected do not report their credits to CE Broker as all pending records will be reported automatically once the connection is restored. Self-reporting credits may cause duplication errors.
An email notifications has been sent to iLearn users. Updates on this issue will be posted here as they become available. Should you have any questions, please fill out our contact form or email us at iLearn@nicklaushealth.org.
