On November 2021, we were made aware of errors in the automatic reporting of credits earned after a few users notified us the credits they were earning where not showing on their CE Broker account. After an internal review, there seemed to be a widespread communication error between our system and CE Broker that began approximately on October 25. Our system developers, EthosCE, and the support and developer team at CE Broker worked together to determine the cause of this issue and as of this morning, January 3rd, 2022, the issue seems to have been fixed.

For those of you affected, any credit pending to be reported will be pushed through to CE Broker in the next 24 hours. Please be aware that for many of you there may still be reporting issues due to any of the following reasons:

You are not eligible for automatic credit reporting due to your profession or profile settings

Medical Doctors (and trainees) that are licensed in the state of Florida: In order to have your earned credits reported, you must have your Medical License number written correctly in your user profile and must have the "Report to CE Broker" option selected. If you have this option checked on, but you are not a Medical Doctor, your credits are also not reported to CE Broker.

For Doctors of Osteopathy, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Physician Assistants, and other practitioners - We are not able to report to your respective boards as we are only registered to report with the Florida Board of Medicine. This also applies to Medical Doctors licensed outside of the state of Florida. Even if you have a CE Broker account, our system will be unable to send the information over due to organizational & departmental licensing & registration issues. You must self-report your earned credits.

The credits you earned  OR the course you completed is not eligible for automatic reporting

Automatic reporting is only eligible for CME credits - Our organization will only report CME credits to CE Broker, these are AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Other credit types (such as attendance or completion credits, or Tech CE credits), are not reported to CE Broker automatically due to organizational & departmental licensing & registration issues. If you are required to report these credits, you must self-report your earned credits to your licensing board.

Not all courses are eligible for automatic reporting - You can review the full list of courses eligible for reporting by PDF icon Downloading the complete List of Activities and CE Broker Reporting Status live Pediatric Grand Rounds series and the Virtual Grand Rounds available on-demand, as well as our Board Review Course and other larger symposia are all reported automatically to CE Broker. All other weekly conferences, like Radiology Conference, or Cardiology Conference sessions are not reported to CE Broker automatically. Please review each activity's page for details on reporting.

Your profile is incomplete:

If you meet all the criteria for automatic reporting, and the activity you've completed is eligible, but you still do not see your credits on CE Broker, make sure your profile is complete and up-to-date. Your Medical License number should be written properly, as ME#####. If your license number includes '0's, make sure to include them. Do not add any spaces between the "ME" and "###" portion as this will cause errors in reporting. To view and edit your profile click here.

If you still need to self report credits to CE Broker, view the CE Broker Support Center article on how to Self-Report CE Courses to your Account. You may visit Your Transcript and either print a transcript of your earned credits, or print the completion certificate for the activity(ies) you wish to report.

We thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this and sincerely apologize for any problems this reporting issue may have caused. If you have any further questions please contact
