This activity aims to teach the fundamental Lean & Six Sigma principles and tools to participants interested in Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification. Participants will then lead/facilitate assigned Lean & Six Sigma project(s) and help advance the project selected for this course while receiving one-on-one coaching from an assigned mentor.
Target Audience
This activity is intended for Nicklaus Children's Hospital faculty/staff only (Physicians, physicians in training, allied-health professionals, and administrative staff)
