Graduation Ceremony Dinner Sponsorship

As in previous years, we are offering an opportunity for divisions and individual faculty members to participate as table sponsors, allowing our junior residents and fellows to attend the graduation festivities.

If you or your division is interested in donating to the event, please complete this form and proceed to pay for the sponsorship option selected. Payments can be made using a debit/credit card.

Paying by check? Make checks payable to "Nicklaus Children's Hospital Medical Education" and drop off at the Medical Staff Office. If you wish to sponsor specific non-graduating residents and fellows please include a printed list with their names along with your check.
