Please complete the form below to register for this year's Graduation Ceremony and submit your RSVP details. You may purchase up to two registrations (you and a guest)

Registration tickets are $60 per adult and $30 per child (12 years old or younger).

Make sure to enter any relevant dietary needs. You and your guest will be assigned to sit together during the ceremony. If you have any questions about the event, contact the Medical Education team at [email protected].
