Use this form to submit your and your guests' RSVP for the Graduation Ceremony. If you have any questions about the event please contact the Medical Education team at [email protected]

Graduates receive three complimentary guests. Check the "Add Guest" option to enter your guest's details. After adding your complimentary guests, you may purchase a maximum of two (2) additional registrations (You will be taken to a payment window after submitting the form).

Make sure to enter any relevant dietary needs. All members of your party will be assigned to sit together at the evening event.
