The 2022 HGF Pediatric Endocrinology Education Day is an Educational Course for pediatricians, primary care physicians, pediatric nurse practitioners, medical students, and medical personnel interested in updating medical knowledge of conditions and entities in Pediatric Endocrinology

- Masks: Strongly Recommended indoors (not during meals). Masks will be made available onsite to attendees who wish to have them.
- Social Distancing: Social Distancing will be implemented in the conference hall with 3 feet distance between seats in the classroom seating style.
- Sanitizers: Hand sanitizers will be made available to conference attendees.

- ...are experiencing or have experienced signs and symptoms of COVID-19 within 10 days prior to your arrival at the meeting
- ...believe they may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 within 14 days prior to arrival to the meeting and are not yet fully vaccinated
- ...have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious by the healthcare team responsible for their treatment
Travel
Arriving to the venue
Due to ongoing construction on-site, driving pathways, drop-off locations, and access point may be unavailable. Please refer to the sinage available on location for guidance.

Arriving by Ride-Share or Taxi: Please use one of the designated areas for drop-off and pick up to avoid blocking pedestrian entrances or driveways. There are two available drop-off points for visitors coming to the Main Auditorium - (1) located near the Main Entrance near the Devonshire Bulevard entrance, and (2) located in the Southern area of the drive perimeter, between the Green and Yellow garage.
Parking: Visitor Parking is available for free in the Green Garage and Blue Garage. Valet Parking is offered in the Main Entrance and Blue Garage entrance. Please refer to attendant for current Valet Parking Fees.
Main Auditorium: The Main Auditorium can be found in the north-east corner of the hospital. If entering from the South visitor entrance by the Green Garage, please proceed. north on the main hallway. If entering from the Main Entrance, please make a right turn in to the main hallway and proceed north. If arrifing from the Blue Garage, enter through the Tower Atrium, follow the blue dots on the floor towards the Radiology suite, continue past the Radiology entrance until you arrive at the Main Entrance, and turn left to head north on the Main Hallway.
Head north on the Main Hallway until you reach the Gift Shop, then turn left. Continue straight to the end of this hallway, past the Cafeteria and Chapel, until you reach the Main Auditorium.
